Orientation and information
Dear Customers,
We are constantly striving to satisfy you. However, should a return be expected, here are the steps to follow in order to process it as soon as possible.
To enable us to process your return, we ask that you enclose the documents you will be provided with. You can download a returns document below. You can also include copies of delivery notes or order confirmations instead of a returns document. Please send your request with these documents to returns@l-shop-team.be for verification and approval. When packaging returns from multiple deliveries, please classify and group them together so that it is clear which products are from which original delivery.
We collect the goods from you
Product return is due to a manufacturing defect:
If the goods you have ordered have production errors, or if you have received incorrect items, colours and sizes, we will be happy to collect the goods from you. Please arrange collection by email to returns@l-shop-team.be .
You return the goods to us
Other returns:
If there is no production error, please send us a return request by e-mail to returns@l-shop-team.be together with some photos to prove the problem. After verification and approval, you will receive a return document. This return document (RS-document) must be included in every return package to establish a link between the shipment and you. The goods must be sent free of charge to our L‑SHOP‑TEAM depot in Germany (the address can be found on the RS-document). Upon receipt of the goods in our depot, the goods will be checked and, after processing, you will receive a credit note corresponding to the value of the goods minus a 25% processing fee. Shipping costs are not credited in this case. If, within the framework of the agreed exceptions to the rule in §6 (3), we also take back unpacked shirts and blouses, the processing fee for these items is 50%.
